Idea and Vodafone changes std packs rate

Idea changes its popular std pack again
Three times in a 60 days period, the existing 30 paise to 35 conversion for std plans were not suffice for the telecom operators they want to get out more juice out of customer so they have decided to raise the local call rates too,, the catch is the calls to other mobile calls are now at 40 paise per minute while the own network calls which should be paractically free for them has been remained at 30 paise per minute.
Vodafone changes their 33 plan which now offers only 40 paise per minute on std and 30 paise for locals with a validity of 30 days instead of 30 all before
Vodafone also announce new roam free plan which now offer no roam free but offer 70 paise per minute both ways callsThis move would diminiss the value of Rs 33 packs in idea and vodafone, as the average call rates are near about 40 paise per minute for all call. We all knew that now every body is on the same network, it is not the question of being of same network but the availability of network signal in remoter areas. Now a days cities do suffer from the such trendz. So looking for a cheaper network is not always a wise idea. Afterall if there is no network how would be benefited from the lower call rates, again there is also question is there is too much breakup i.e call drops in between you talk it also destroys the fun of calling and raise the frustration of caller.

Call rates goes up for Prepaid users of Vodafone Airtel

Sorry to announce that those who were enjoying lower std rates now have to pay more for the same plan and also have to bear the additional cost of increased call rates changed on the popular plans.
Recently Vodafone dropped off 30 paise call rates on their combo pack of std and locals where user now on recharge of 33 (+/_2Rs) pack would get std@35 paise instead of 30 paise earlier, however the local call rates were remain untouched. So practically you have to bear the 5 paise per minute burden, to make the 40 paise rate pack popular they have introduced 40 paise for second plan in std calls where as locals are bit lower pulse rate.
Following up Idea cellular also reduced increased their std rates by 5 paise on popular 30 paise /minute call rates. Thankfully their missleading call rates ads were not removed yet and you won't know it untill you have recharged your prepaid with the plan, then you receive their stupid message to know that you are cheated.
Now what you have to do is either bear the burden or switch to a different network with lower call rates or switch to std minutes packs which are far better no wastage of money in packs pure value for money.

If you are a vodafone user you must know that Rs 33 plan which used to offer 30 paise for std local calls is no longer the same, the plan has been taken down and modified to only 30 paise local. The customer care told me to use the 40 paise per minute or converted into second plan which is around Rs 19.
currently Idea is having Rs 53 for 60 days @30 paise plan but their network is poor when you are between walls so is Uninor. Vodafone gave some hope, Now its back to Airtel I guess

Telecom networks go crazy to sell 2g packs small packs

Not every body want to fall backward but the telecom company is thinking the same. they think that they can push any thing to theri customer , what is the point the point is they vodafone and airtel are intorducing unlimited 2g plans starting from Rs 14 for 3 days to 197 to 199 for unlimited 2g at the speed of 40 kbps which may give a slower browsing perticulary the big sites, but watching your tube video or online tv is out of question. the question is why they are selling their abondoned plans when users can get a 3g plan for the same price.
You should understand that data limit means nothing when you cannot hit the limit not on mobile or even on Pc. The download cap wont let you download more then their speed which would exactly the same the operator want you too download so you are fooled here again
